- There are neither branches, nor representatives of examination commission, nor buildings, nor property of Moses Khorenats University in Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia, Russian Regnum news agency says. The corresponding statement was made by Arthur Agabanian, head of Moses Khorenats University, as he was commenting statement by the Georgian party, claiming that a branch of the Moses Khorenats University was illegally operating in Samtskhe-Javakheti and school leavers were able to undertake exams and were sent in Armenia; the Financial Police of Georgia issued corresponding information after checking of licences for the branches. However, Arthur Agabanian did not disclaim that school leavers were interviewed in Georgia. "Not to make the school leavers visit Armenia my deputy, or even I go to Samtskhe-Javakheti and conduct interviews for them", he said. According to him, the whole matter is about to deprive the Armenian young people of the region of possibility to enter Armenian high schools.
